    A wave pool and lagoon circulating East Sea water, with an opening transparent dome and heating to lessen the effect of weather and season, and modular standalone villas linked directly to the lagoon and beach.

    Music festivals across genres such as ballad contests, K-POP, rock and dance; night-time light and show content; surfing and water-sports events; food such as local seafood barbecue; and photo spots and keepsakes.
