My Lodge lowers the barrier to a second home by sharing and using premium holiday spaces, and connects rest with community. It aims for a model where people choose a premium holiday experience that fits their lifestyle and how often they visit.

    Several people share one villa, and each picks from options with different numbers of days a year — the one that fits how often they go and how they live.

  • Space and rest considered together

    Each villa is planned as a separate building on two levels — living room and kitchen below, bedroom above — with a small garden, terrace and barbecue space.

  • Online and offline community

    Villas are grouped into a complex near a holiday spot such as the coast, so guests can meet naturally in shared holiday and social spaces.

What it covers

  1. 01Spaces and holiday experience

    The plan is a two-level villa of at least 33 m² of usable space: living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, bedroom upstairs. A larger type adds more bedrooms and bathrooms.

  2. 02Rights, booking and use by product

    Days of use a year depend on how many people share a villa. Stays are planned as one-night units spread evenly across the seasons, and dates can be swapped with other guests. Exact rights and booking terms will be shared once confirmed.

  3. 03Confirmed costs, extra services and community

    Planned extras save guests the preparation: cleaning before each stay, washed and sealed bedding to rent, and an on-site market for food, drinks and barbecue supplies. Costs will be shared with the product terms once confirmed.
