What it covers
01Residential, retail, education and culture zone plan
Townhouses, villas and apartments, linked to the shopping streets by mixed-use buildings with shops below and homes above, and completed by a central plaza, walking paths, Korean-style landscaping and community facilities.
02Residents and international visitors
It considers both Koreans settling abroad, who face language, information and paperwork barriers, and visitors and locals looking for leisure and performance spaces.
03Development updates, tenancy and partnership areas
The plan is to test the operating model with a small pilot district first, then extend the community step by step based on the results.
A phased approach
Each phase is planned to follow a review of the one before; this does not describe the current stage.
